Are you a Technical Buyer looking for a role where you can build on your expertise, develop your skills and take on more responsibility?

In this role you will be responsible for the sourcing, negotiating and buying of goods, materials and services for the company, as well as managing and liaising with suppliers.

The company work closely with global defence organisations to create leading engineering solutions and are growing exponentially every year. Providing complete life cycle engineering services, this company are known for their range of renowned defence vehicles,and innovative and cost reducing designs.

This role would suit a Technical Buyer looking to elevate their career, upskill their abilities and take on a new challenge.

**THE ROLE**:

- Purchase components, equipment and services to fulfil customer orders/projects using procurement and negotiation skills to obtain the best value for the company.
- Liaise with other departments to determine purchasing needs, specifications and areas of standardisation.
- Gain awareness of market trends of new products and technologies
- Compare costs and expedite the delivery of goods.
