We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has the relevant qualifications, skills, and experience to succeed in the role of Quality Inspector based at our site in Hurlford.

Maintain and generate Manufacturing Record Book during build process from start of Project to completion.

39 hours per week

Mon-Thurs: 7:30am - 16:30 / Fri: 7:30am-12:30

**KEY AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Pre-weld check and review of documentation: applicable standards, visual acceptance, drawings, tolerances, and positions.
- Quality Control Procedures, Process and QC inspection Plans.
- Maintain records of testing, information and metrics such as defective parts.
- Check all consumables (including storage, distribution, and usage).
- Check fit and set up.
- Ensure no undue stress applied to joint.
- Checking Raw Materials with respect to quality standards and purchase order.
- Check environment for cross contamination.
- Check welding equipment calibration.
- Consumable control.
- Dimensional accuracy.
- Oversee weld records.
- Visual inspection.
- Conduct NDT.
- Monitor and document any rework / repairs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
