Temp Charity Office Team Coordinator

Are you a talented **Office Team Coordinator **or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can be invaluable to the charity by supporting on a wide range of operational, admin and logistic tasks? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Youth Charity based in London.
This is a 3 month temp role and to start ASAP. This will be mainly office based located near Camden (NW1). This role is great for someone who likes to be busy, carrying out a variety of tasks and being the first point of contact for senior staff members.
**The Role**:In this **Office Team Coordinator **role you'll report to the Operations Manager and will be primarily responsible for supporting with every day running of the office and their services. Specific tasks include:
- Manage diary and provide support to the CEO.
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Key point of contact for the office and compliance team.
- Day-to-day management of the office including maintenance and office materials.
- Build strong, positive relationships with staff using the office and building managers.
- Ensure that systems are working like the printer and IT equipment.
- Support staff with basic day-to-day IT issues and queries.
- Support on HR compliance administration, including pre-employment checks.
- Run onboarding and inductions for new starters.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- Interested in charity sector.
- Experience working within a team and strong administrative skills.
- Personable and professional with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Detail focused and organised.
- You must display excellent attention to detail in writing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
