This role requires an ambitious person with a track record of working in a retail environment, preferably with previous experience in the design or bathroom industry (though this is not essential).

With a starting salary of £25,000, this is a fantastic opportunity for those with a passion for interior design. Our company values development and encourages its employees to take on new challenges.

If successful, you will be responsible for driving sales to hit targets, designing bathroom layouts using 3D CAD software and other administrative tasks.
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Adherence to all showroom processes
- Order and payment processing
- Designing bathroom layouts using Virtual Worlds software (training provided)
- Maintaining cleanliness and store POS
- Identifying efficiency and process changes by promoting Bowman Bathrooms Best Athlete policy.

**Knowledge and Skill requirements**:

- Must have bathroom and/ or retail sales experience.
- Possess an acute attention to detail necessary for processing customer orders/quotations.
- Ability to influence customers and demonstrate strong personal and communication skills.
- Must possess strong organisational skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours. Weekend working required.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft office/ IT equipment.

**Desirable**:

- A formal qualification in Retail/Sales
- Previous Design experience.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£250,000.00 per year
