**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team. As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality of our facilities.

**Starting Salary**

Starting Salary of £25000 rising to £28000 upon successful completion of 6 month Probation period.

With on call standby fee of £100 per 4 weeks.

Engineers will be supplied with a company Van/Fuel Card and Tablet.

Paid door to door, Overtime is calculated after 40 hours.

Call out is one week in 4, Paid Door to door, paid at Time and half Monday to Saturday and Double time on Sunday, There is £100 PW standby fee.

25 Days Holiday Plus Bank holidays.

External Training provided including IOSH Managing Safely.

**Duties**:
Plumbing and electrical repairs
Meet with specialist contractors

Minor repairs such as the changing of door locks

changing light fittings and sockets. Must have knowledge of LOTO

General Maintenance within the hospitality sector

Changing leaking waste lines and water lines, must be aware of how to safely isolate water

**Requirements**:
NVQ in an Engineering Field

Must be able to work safely and adhere to company health and safety policies.

Must be able to use a Tablet as these are used to log jobs.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
