Maintenance Person

Experienced Building Maintenance Person - Full Time Permanent role in Holyhead Anglesey
- ** Nights Only**:

- 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts
- 6pm to 6am
- £40,000 salary plus very good overtime rates

**Purpose of role**:
Working with the on site maintenance team carrying out very straightforward planned and reactive maintenance work including:

- Changing filters on heating and air conditioning units
- Basic plumbing, repairing leaks, changing taps, water system flushing etc
- Repair of radiator leaks
- Basic electrical work - changing and repairing sockets, wiring, changing ceiling lights
- Repair and replacement of doors, locks, latches and handles
- Basic straightforward joinery work - replacing a cupboard door etc

**All Applicants must have**:

- A trade qualification such as an NVQ in mechanical or electrical or similar
- Good prior experience in planned and reactive maintenance work
- Previous experience of straightforward maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air handling units and general repair work.
- Willingness to work 12 hour nights on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS - 4 ON 4 OFF

Permanent full time role - £40,000 pa plus pension, holiday pay, and very good overtime rates.
