Barre/yoga Instructor

**About us**

**The Masonry** is a bespoke female fitness studio in the heart of Billingshurst, West Sussex. We have created an empowering space dedicated to female fitness, putting movement at the heart of it all. We believe in building a tight-knit community that's bursting with **positivity**, **enjoyment** and **balance**.

**We are looking for a yoga and/or barre instructor to expand our current studio offer.**

**We are looking for an instructor to**:

- Lead group yoga and/or barre classes
- Design and implement yoga and/or barre programs tailored to the needs and goals of clients
- Provide guidance and support to participants during sessions, ensuring safety and form
- Modify yoga and/or barre practices to accommodate different fitness levels and physical limitations
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants - we are a body positive studio

**We would be seeking an instructor who has**:

- Strong background in yoga/barre practice, with a deep understanding of different styles and techniques
- Excellent discipline knowledge
- Experience in program design for engaging, fun and inclusive group fitness
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology and personal training principles and techniques
- Must hold your own public liability insurance

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification as a yoga/barre instructor and L2/3 PT certification would be desired
- Experience teaching yoga and/or barre classes to individuals or groups of varying ages and fitness levels
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain and demonstrate yoga and/or barre techniques
- Passion for women's health, wellness, and mindfulness through movement

**Schedule**:
**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
