Live-in Housekeeper

Our client, with a residence in Rutland, is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper to start ASAP.

The residence is a large 10-bedroom property, consisting of 2 adults and 2 grown-up children and their 3 dogs, therefore, being comfortable around animals is a preferred.

There is a cleaner that comes in daily, and roles will be split accordingly.

The Housekeeper will need to work to a high standard, be efficient, and manage their time well.

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- All general housekeeping
- Laundry
- Some ironing (most will be sent out)
- Organising the household
- Oversee and manage contractors
- Confident with meeting and greeting guests - answering the door
- Assisting with cooking - would be a plus (not essential)

**The ideal person**:

- Energetic
- Bubbly
- Hands on
- Flexible
- Great eye for detail
- Non-smoker
- Mandarin or Tagalog speaker would be useful

**Location**: Rutland, Midlands (near Leicester)
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Working Hours**: 9 hours per day
**Working days**: 5 days per week

**Accommodation**: A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment can be furnished if preferred, attached to main residence but accessed via separate entrance, lounge, small kitchen, shower - all bills included

**Salary**: £600 NET per week
- Circa £40,000 GPA
