**Trainee Butcher required for an immediate start in Rotherham, S60.**

**Duties**:

- To work in the shop’s production department, cutting, grinding, stringing and preparing meats for sale
- Using your species knowledge to complete the correct cuts
- Using your product knowledge to assist customers finding desired items
- Serving customers on tills
- Using scales to weigh up meat products accurately
- Cash handling

**Experience required**:

- Must have previous knife skill experience
- Preferable to have some customer facing experience but not essential
- Preferable to have previous butchery experience but not essential
- Preferable to have some product and species knowledge

**Pay rate**:

- £23,010.00+ per annum

**Hours of work: (44.25 hours a week)**
- 5 days out of 7
- 4 days working 6am-4:30pm + 1 day working 6am-12pm or Sunday 7:30am-4pm
