**Job Title: Lead Business Analyst**
**Duration: 6 months, extensions likely**
**Location: WHF / Bristol or London**

We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile banking clients based in Bristol or London. They are currently looking for a Lead Business Analyst on a 6-month contract based from home, with two days per week requirement in the office.
**About the role**:
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be part of our Commercial Programmes Platform, within Commercial Banking Delivery. Our mission is to unlock value through the delivery of time-bound programme and project-based change for the benefit of Business CommercialBanking & Corporate Institutional Banking Business Units. We work diligently to make decisions real time on customer transactions to identify ways of improving the customer journey as well as making sure we're compliant and meet regulatory directives. We offercustomers education and awareness that is timely, tailored and effective to help them keep them informed of the best products available to them. All of which will have you going home feeling that you've added true value to the customers we support.
So, what would you be doing for us?
- Support the Programme Leads and become an integral part of the team for both business and IT alike
- Bring to life your banking experience to help frame, create and build new and improved ways of working
- Use your proven experience to drive forward change to meet the Platform OKRs

**About you**:

- You're a dynamic and adaptable individual who is able to use & learn new skills & knowledge in varying circumstances and is comfortable providing complex analytical, research advice, recommendations and using your own judgement
- You've a well-developed communication kit bag with extensive customer management experience and skilled in managing and minimising operational risks
- As a natural facilitator and decision-maker, you'll enable collaboration across all fields within the Lab
- You'll be a skilled negotiator, analytical thinker and problem solver who will influence positively
- You'll be a natural leader who'll mentor and support colleagues to 'deliver best in class' change
- Demonstrating similar values and behaviours to our Group's and encouraging this in team members

**What we need from you**:

- Proficient in Agile having used JIRA and Confluence
- Exposure to systems thinking, business architecture and agile change delivery
- Modelling - develop, define & document 'As Is' & 'To Be' process models and data definitions
- Evidence of maintaining internal and external networks to source data and information to enable timely recommendations and advice
- Evidence of directing a team of BA's, being a mentor and coach whilst handling a project of work
- Evidence of Engaging and influencing partners, anticipating, clarifying and shaping requirements for the purpose of optimising business results
