A role has come available within the Communications and Consultancy team who specialise in healthcare& life sciences marketing, medical communications /medical education, PR, advertising, consulting & publishing (to name a few ). We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with around 2+ years experience to join on a full time or 4 day week basis. Working hours can be staggered based on individual requirements (agile working). We work on a hybrid working model and split our time between our modern and well equipped offices in Penn and remotely at a location of the individuals choice.

What areas do Comms Team cover? (includes communication agencies, market access agencies, data providers etc.)
2/ Quick win grad level roles. Salary range typically £25-30k with fees

Role Responsibilities

The role is a blend of sales, service provision and administration in a highly competitive environment. Key elements of the role include:
1. Achieving sales (billings) targets

2. Business development - with existing and potential new clients

3. Account management of clients

4. Client pitches and presentations

5. Assessing and filtering individuals seeking employment

6. Relationship building - with individuals seeking employment, to the extent they recommend our service to others

9. Establishing and maintaining contact with employers to network, gain market information and position Zenopa as a credible recruitment provider.

10. Delivering the service level to the employer that makes, and keeps, Zenopa as the recruitment provider of choice

11. Providing mutual support - you must be able to undertake your colleagues' activities in their absence

12. Accurately updating and maintaining the company database

13. Regular client visits and attendance at industry events

14. Working in a highly competitive industry, where responding quickly to meet client requirements is crucial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
