**Required**:

- Previous experience in planning and scheduling - in the Security (Manned Guarding) Control Room is preferred
- An active SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and spoken)
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office)
- Exceptional attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills

**Roles & Responsibilities **(not limited to):

- Schedule, plot and deploy security personnel to our clients as they come in real time
- Deal with client requests and changes at short notice and last minute requests
- Assist our employees with any queries
- Inspect and monitor all administrative procedures
- Ensure that performance levels are monitored and managed
- Process information for our Finance and HR teams
- Managing sickness, absence and blowouts
- Completion of welfare check calls and book ons and offs for our security officers' duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
