Imac/warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities: As an IMAC/Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving items delivered to the Warehouse
- Booking in all items and updating necessary delivery paperwork
- Asset tagging and conducting electrical safety tests on new equipment where required
- Adding applicable items to the Asset Management Database
- Preparing items for customer delivery and collection
- Conducting regular stock audits
- Managing the safe and secure disposal of decommissioned assets
- Operating pallet trucks and trolleys following appropriate manual handling techniques
- Ensuring tasks are managed in accordance with best practice guidelines and customer service level targets
- Assisting with the Moves and Collections of IT equipment
- Tracing network cabling for patching and connection issues
- Performing basic setup and installation of PCs, monitors, and KVMs
- Collaborating with the team to transport and deliver large screens (heavy lifting may be involved)
- Maintaining stock control and asset management, ensuring accurate database entries and status updates
- Keeping your work area and vans clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Professionalism, positivity, and problem-solving aptitude
- Political savvy and an understanding of customer priorities and concerns
- Integrity, initiative, and focus
- Meeting deadlines and delivering work on time or communicating any delays
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and conscientiousness
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
