Customer Services based role and Complaint Handler.

This is a role which works as part of a growing and motivated team. You will be key member of the team to support the customer journey. We aim to achieve customer service excellence and the person must possess great experience at handling customer services and complaints successfully. You will possess the ability to de-escalate complaints.

You will be working within a team helping to co-ordinate other external teams who are customer facing. This is a telephone-based customer service role, and you will require experience in this field.

**Salary**: £17,850.02-£32,687.19 per year
