**The Company**:
Hybrid working - 3 / 2 days
**The Role**:

- 1st point of contact for IT issues & requests in a fast paced, high volume support environment
- Triaging, troubleshooting & resolution of desktop IT issues both remotely and in-person
- Taking responsibility and ownership of cases and escalating when appropriate
- Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) for service desk cases
- Procurement and management of hardware, software and licences
- Updating and maintaining knowledge base (KB) within the service desk
- Active Directory (AD) administration & management
- Phone system administration & support

**The Requirements**:

- 2 plus years working in a fast-paced IT support environment
- 1st / 2nd line level experience
- Wide range of knowledge within IT
- Experienced using a Service desk management solution
- Strong problem solving skills
- Team Player

Experienced with the following platforms / technologies
- OS, LAN & WAN
- O365
- Active Directory (AD)
- Telephony systems
