Our client is a highly successful estate agent that is looking for an experienced property professional with a strong listing background to join their busy office in Slough. **The successful Valuer will be offered**:

- £26,000 basic salary
- £50,000 OTE

- Car allowance

**Working hours**:
As a Valuer, you’ll be required to work full time.

**Valuer requirements**:

- Have previous listing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and career orientated
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achievement
- A car owner with a full UK driving license

**Duties of the Valuer will include, but not be limited to**:

- Assisting the manager in developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties
- Producing high quality marketing, including photographs, descriptions and web marketing
- Assisting the manager with the structure and organization of the office
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
