**Personal Care Assistants required for day time hours in Binfield (RG42)**

**£14.00 - £16.00 per hour Permanent contract**

I am looking for **full time and part time PAs (Personal Assistants) for my daughter, who lives near Bracknell (RG42).** You would be joining a friendly supportive team who provide daily care in our family home. The role includes all personal care and assistance with daily activities.

I am looking for people who have a genuine interest in care; are compassionate, sensible & professional. You should be self-motivated & be able to use your initiative to make decisions and plan your day. The role requires close personal contact between my daughter and her PAs.

Experience of care work is an advantage, but personality & flexibility are more important in helping us fulfil our aim of providing a happy, relaxed family environment. Full training and ongoing support will be given.

**The shifts required are weekdays mornings (08.30 - 13.30), afternoons (13.30 - 18.30), daytime (08.30 - 18.30). **You will have a regular rota issued 2-3 weeks in advance, but additional hours to cover annual leave or sickness are needed as part of the team, so ideally, I am looking for someone who can be flexible and is happy to cover extra hours when needed.

Pay rates are: £14.00 weekdays, £16.00 evenings, overnights & Saturdays, and Sunday. Permanent contract, 28 days paid holiday (including bank-holidays) pro rata and pension.

A full clean driving licence is required to drive the car provided.

About my daughter: She is a friendly 33 year-old lady with severe learning difficulties, autistic tendencies and occasional nocturnal epilepsy. She is non-verbal and can display some challenging behaviour. She enjoys music, craft activities, swimming, horse riding, and walking in the local countryside.
