Title: Parts Solution Project Lead
Reports to: Parts Support Manager
Location: Dungannon Business Park
**Job Type**: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40hrs per week
We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Dungannon Business Park. We currently have opportunities for a Parts Solution Project Lead.
Position Details
The role of Parts Solutions project lead is to provide a first class delivery of parts support to new product projects to a global dealer network. This role will plan, organize and direct all new products projects pulling together all elements to ensure that the parts department are ready to support pre-launch. This role is critical in ensuring the aftermarkets are ready to assist the dealer on parts pre commissioning of plants. The role interfaces with and acts as the link between all functions including engineering, supply chain and sales.
- Duties & Responsibilities include:_
- Communicate with different brands engineering and sales team on new projects to obtain recommended parts lists
- Assist supply chain with identifying suppliers and procuring parts.
- Determine stocking levels of parts per site.
- Liaise with other MP sites that require parts in stock to support brand projects
- Provide updated recommended parts lists to the relevant sales teams pre machines launch.
- Review lists of full launch for fast and slow moving lines and adjust lists and stocking levels accordingly
- Communicate with Parts ECO lead on new parts and superseded parts that come through the ECO procedure.
- Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders on all project’s progression so that deadlines are adhered to.

About you
- Experience Level & Required _Qualifications:_
- GCSE English and Math's or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload using own initiative to meet deadlines
- Experience in the crushing and screening industry would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of Microsoft excel.
