Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a new LGV driver to join our team at Printwaste Recycling. The job on offer includes up to 4 nights away a week (Monday to Friday only) collecting carton waste from our carton recycling banks located across the UK. Each member of the carton team has their own vacuum vehicle with sleeper cab including fridge, microwave etc.

**Duties**:
The main duties/responsibilities will be:

- Collecting carton waste from supermarket recycling banks and Household Waste & Recycling Centres (HWRC) sites around the UK.
- Bagging, photographing and reporting of any contamination found within our banks.
- Reporting back to the office on completion of weekly collections to hand in paperwork and download Driver Card.
- You will be in charge of keeping the vehicle clean and checked for defects.
- Any other duties, as assigned by your manager. This could include alternative work cover on various recycling vehicles.

**Skills Requirements**
- Minimum Class 2 Licence required and up to date CPC.
- Possess a valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Ability to follow assigned routes.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt should the run change or be updated during the week.

**About you**:

- Looking for a full-time job which includes 4 nights away (UK Mainland).
- Happy to work away during the week but spend weekends at home.
- OK with the occasional contaminated bank clearance (Card, Paper, Glass, etc.)
- Able to work with a degree of flexibility as to when you start and finish each day as long as the work is completed legally by the end of the week.

**The package**:

- Full Initial training and assistance to be provided.
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays (pro rata if part time).
- Free parking available.
- Lorries that are fully equipped with fridges, microwaves and beds that have been well maintained
- Basic pay: £13.39 per hour for the first 40 hours worked per week.
- Overtime pay: £16.73 per hour after the first 40 hours worked per week.
- £26.20 per night away
