**Registered Manager - small dedicated mental health service
Warminster, Wiltshire
£32,000 - £36,000 (this is full time equivalent)**
**Part Time 9 month fixed term contract**

Eclypse Recruitment is searching for a Registered Manager for a small residential mental health service in Warminster in Wiltshire. This post is a 9 month fixed term contract working part time hours 21-28 hours per week

**This particular service offers residential care for younger adults recovery for mental illness enabling rehabilitation**

**CRITERIA**
- Level 5 or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant experience at a managerial level
- Previous/ current experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards for CQC registered services, including the need for the management and delivery of person centred services.
- Must have experience of directly working with people with a mental illness.
- Must have experience of working within statutory agencies.

Working for a charity owned provider you will be based at this small dedicated service in Warminster where as Registered Manager you will work with your team to ensure a smooth running service.

Salary negotiable DOE in the range of £32,000 - £36,000 (full time equivalent) will be pro-rata based on this post being part time hours and a 9 month contract.
