We are a estabilished village garage who are looking for a friendly, organised individual to join our team

No previous experienced is needed as training would be given in the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain the work calendar
- Creating estimates & invoices using Quickbooks software (experience advantageous but not essential)
- Liasing with customers regarding work conducted.
- File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide personal assistant support to staff as needed
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Experience working in a customer facing role is a plus but not essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

We offer competitive pay based on experience. This is a full-time position with regular business hours

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
