Door Supervisor

**What we can offer you**:

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Controlling Entry and Exit route.**:

- **Customer management to maintain and achieve crowd management and safe environment within the venue.**:

- **Crowd control.**:

- **Supervising all customer arrivals.**:

- **Carrying out thorough* ID checks.**:

- **Screening and searching individuals if needed.**:

- **Defusing a situation calmly before eruption.**

**What we need from you**
- **To currently hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor Badge.**:

- **Have a proven experience somewhere within the security industry.**:

- **Be able to provide a 5 year work/school history.**:

- **Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.**:

- **Not essential but desirable, to have previous Door Supervisor experience.**:

- **Must be comfortable working in licensed premises.**
