Payroll Administrator

The role is Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) working within a dynamic and very busy office environment

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team who manage and process a very busy temporary staff payroll for our recruitment agency
- Duties include
- Compliance of all 'new starters' to our agency

Entering timesheet information accurately

Processing payroll from beginning to end

Dealing with SSP/SMP/Attachments

Processing holiday pay and P45's

Ensuring all staff are paid correctly/on time and dealing with any queries

A number of reporting duties

Managing client portals

Experience of Sage payroll is beneficial
