**JOB TITLE: LEARNER SUPPORT OFFICER**

**HOURS: UP TO 37 PER WEEK, 36 WEEKS PER YEAR (TERM-TIME ONLY)**

**SALARY: £22,551-£22,751 FTE (£11.72 - £11.82 PER HOUR)**

CWA are recruiting for a additional Learner Support Officers to support our learners and join our team at our Downham Market Campus, either on a part time or full time basis, term time only.

Our Bridge to Engagement programme focusses on re-engaging young people with learning difficulties, including social, emotional, mental and health issues with education. We provide support for a continuum of needs to prepare our learners for life, education and employment by taking specific needs into account on an individual basis.

Our high quality newly invigorated facilities at our Downham Market campus are designed to truly embed learning and enable our students to succeed in their next step, whether this be further education, work or life in general.

This is a challenging role and is ideally suited to someone who is confident in managing behavioural issues and working with high needs learners.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
