An internal promotion has led to a vacancy for a transport planner to join our young enthusiastic team.

Reporting to the General Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Effective planning of drivers and vehicles ensuring both delivery and collection times are met.
- Achieving customer and network service levels by monitoring routes and dealing with delays.
- Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues, including at shift changeovers.
- Control and update of related documents to meet KPI's and requirements of the TMS system.

Your experience:

- Daily planning of drivers and vehicles.
- Meeting all KPI's
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Working to Health & Safety criteria.
- Competent in IT including Microsoft 365.
- Ideally from a pallet or parcel network background.

- 10 hour shift
