Apprentice Groom

**About us**

Manston Riding Centre is a small business near Ramsgate. We are professional, agile, rewarding, and our goal is to recruit an apprentice groom to join our team and assist with horse care; riding, instructing and coaching others to ride. You will carry out day to day care of the horses, including feeding and care of the competition horses. Full training will be provided by the KEITS (training provider) and ourselves at the place of employment. The applicant will be working towards and gain a level 2 in Equine groom apprenticeship. The learner will be allocated an industry specific training consultant who will provide both remote and on site visits throughout your apprenticeship...

The role will involve feeding, exercising, grooming - you will give every horse outstanding care. Working at Manston we will look after a range of horses and ponies so they stay in fantastic condition. Whenever clients or their children want to ride, you will be there to make sure they have a safe, enjoyable time. Professional and polite, health and safety is always top of your mind.
