**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take responsibility for health, safety, and well-being to deliver a safety-first culture
- Bring a root cause-based mindset and culture to deliver high quality solutions
- Undertake repairs, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of production plant and machinery to thehighest standard with work requests and pre-determine specifications
- Design, promote and carry out preventative maintenance
- Fault finding, testing and the removal or adjustment of existing fittings, fixtures, and parts
- Assist the Maintenance Engineer to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained for all spare part listsand ensure that all necessary records are completed accurately.
- Adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and developmentactivities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.
- Maintain collaborative working practices, building strong relationships with all internal stakeholders. Workclosely with Production to prioritise daily workload and plant maintenance
- Manage breakdowns with urgency to minimise downtime, working outside of core hours, unprompted withthe wider team where valuable to do so
- Own a high-quality preventative maintenance schedule to reduce downtime, and achieve optimal levels ofcapacity and efficiency
- Have the ability and confidence to make pragmatic decisions using knowledge, experience and judgement
- Demonstrate resiliency and ambition to build and drive long term engineering excellence
- Act as an ambassador for our company values and adhere to all company policies and procedures
