The Role
DigitalKOG is looking for a Paid Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is looking to develop their paid social media skills across a range of platforms.
The role will involve supporting the day-to-day paid media planning, assisting with the delivery of paid social media programmes, presenting plans and results to key stakeholders, and reporting and analysing our paid activity.
The role is diverse - you could be working on campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter, interpreting data to provide insight and recommending next steps, as well as giving exposure to numerous campaigns. Data accuracy is key, so you should feel very confident in Excel.
If you love paid social media, have enthusiasm for new ideas and innovation, like to create good content and learn everyday, this is the role for you.
**NO RECRUITMENT AGENCIES PLEASE**
We are looking for someone who
Has at least 12 months experience in a similar role.
Has some experience with Meta Business Manager, however, this is only desirable as full training will be provided.
Has good knowledge of all major social platforms, particularly Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Is creative, strategic, and analytical in their approach across Consumer & B2B brands.
Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Has the ability to track and analyse performance across social channels, with a real attention to detail.
Is personable and able to manage the relationship with clients and the team.
Always goes the extra mile to surprise and delight clients.
Is naturally inquisitive, wants to get involved, learn and develop.
Is able to work flexibly, on their own initiative and as part of the wider team, helping to deliver integrated campaigns.
Your Requirements
Competitive Salary
Your salary will reflect you level of experience, your attitude and your passion. We are committed to fair, aspiration salaries for all.
A continuously rewarding role
Our team members work incredibly hard and we like to reward them for that. So, on top of receiving a competitive salary, we’ll also treat you to a yearly bonus when you help us achieve our ambitions.
You will be given the freedom to shape the future direction of our agency. All ideas are welcomed and listened to as we know that our people drive our success and we want everyone to be a part of that.
An agency that is committed to our core values
We know that aligning personal and company values has a powerful impact on success, performance and fulfilment in the workplace. That’s why at the heart of our culture are our four core values:
Collaboration - When we work together, the positive impact we have on our clients and each other markedly grows. The KOG team is encouraged to bring their authentic self to work, and we embrace our differences and celebrate what we achieve together.
Service With Purpose - Integrity, trust, respect, attention to detail, accountability and high quality sit at the heart of everything we do. We are focused on delivering useful marketing that has clear direction and consistently improves the value we offer our clients and the results they receive.
Improvement - Continuously learning about our trade, our clients and ourselves keeps our passion alive. We continue to evolve, seek new ideas, explore new ways of thinking and uncover new processes. It’s these enrichment initiatives that encourage self and team spirit development.
A great working environment
Hybrid working, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
We have our own dedicated office space, where we love collaborating together, with lots of FREE private parking available.
The office is brilliantly located, close to the motorway for simple commuting, with a retail park just across the road - fancy a Burger King, Costa or Greggs for lunch?
Lots of social opportunities
DigitalKOG very much feels like a family and we all love getting out after work, whether it’s going to the local micropub or heading into town for a curry
A generous holiday allocation
We know that agency life can be very fast-paced and how important it is for our team members to have time out from that to recharge the batteries. So, we offer 30 days’ holiday, PLUS bank holidays, including a total shutdown over the Christmas break - not many agencies can compete with that.
To help you get financially prepared for life after work, you will also be enrolled onto a competitive pension scheme.
Fantastic scope for personal development
We will be firmly committed to enhancing your personal and professional development, providing 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring programmes, team workshops and soft skills training, overseen by our resident Development Coach, Charlotte Haslam.
There will also be dedicated learning days as we take knowledge sharing seriously, with in-house training programmes, innovation days and opportunities to get involved in 3rd party training
