Reduce the cost of sales across our logistics supplier base, without compromising our purpose; Delivering Happiness

**Reports to**

CEO

**What youll do**
- Work with key suppliers to identify and agree ways to maximise our competitiveness
- Introduce and run vendor performance management programmes
- Identify new partners that enable growth across the UK, Europe & worldwide
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key suppliers
- Successfully manage major contract negotiations
- Identify and deliver solutions for non-standard Cost of Sales procurement requirements
- Deliver win-win outcomes in a marketplace where suppliers are much bigger than you
- Deliver Happiness for CCL, our customers and our suppliers

**What youll need to be successful
- Part or fully qualified CIPS/European Procurement Diploma
- Extensive experience as a successful senior procurement professional
- Have extensive logistics procurement experience, specifically; Parcels, Road Freight and Sea Freight procurement
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, growth orientated company
- Problem solving - effectively analyse data to identify and problem solve, finding the best-fit solution that deliver results
- Relentless in the pursuit of success a self starter, demonstrates proactivity and makes things happen
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and being a team player are key to meeting the demands of this role
