Priory Hospital Enfield is a 53 bed hospital in the Borough of Enfield and is situated with very good transport links. The site provides services in both a forensic setting (male medium secure & low secure) and acute services (mixed sex). The hospital can cater for up to 53 patients at one time across four wards.

**About the Role**:

- Undertake secretarial duties for two Consultants.
- File paperwork in the correct part of patient’s folder.
- Ensure patient records are kept up to date by working with the nursing team.
- Support the medical team with correspondence concerning patient care.
- Arrange meetings for patients and Consultants
- Attend ward rounds, CPAs and other Professionals meetings.
- Take minutes of hospital meetings.
- Support other departments in the hospital as and when that's needed.

Knowledge/Skills:

- Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills.
- An understanding of medical terminology is desirable but not essential.
- Passionate about providing a high quality service to the hospital.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise own workload.
- Detail oriented and excellent attention to detail
- A team worker
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity required.
