Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an M&E Asset Surveyor to join our passionate and driven team in Edinburgh - Loanhead.
**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Gather asset information in line with the Atalian Servest Technical Services Asset Information Requirements (AIR), or in line with a bespoke customer requirement.
- Liaise with specialist suppliers and contractors to make a detailed assessment of plant lifecycle.
- Assess maintenance history regarding adherence to regulatory requirements, codes of practice, and industry standards.
- Support the business development team in the effective and accurate pricing of maintenance contracts, through the provision of high-integrity data. Mitigate potential commercial risks through a thorough site investigation.
- Manage the data captured and findings and compile them into technical and non-technical reports; combine a holistic approach with the technical methodology for reporting.
**About You**:
- Solid experience working in the building services/facilities management sector.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office software packages.
