Visual Architects is an organisation of creatives, artisans, builders, thinkers, and riggers, and together we possess an array of skill sets which allow us to tailor every aspect of events.

Based in Manchester we specialise in event and prop design, production & installation. Over the last 15 years we have run our own events which has given us the knowledge and know-how of how events work and what they need, in order to run efficiently and avoid the headaches that come with production.

From club and festival décor to restaurant design and brand activations we have gone from strength to strength to become one of the biggest uk décor and prop installation companies.

We have an open position for a 3D Designer. As a 3D designer you will be responsible for creating 3D designs and test your creative limits by transforming spaces into experiences. You will be breathing life into sketches and concept art.

You will be working alongside other talented designers, sales and construction staff to ensure projects run smoothly from initial design to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating design work, including concept drawings (from client or account manager supplied information)
- Interpreting concept art and sketches to create characters, environments, and props.
- Following design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints.
- Working with the rest of the design, sales, construction team to meet client/event deadlines.
- Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, capture and modelling tools and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Graphic design and visual designs skills.
- Experience using modelling softwares like Blender, SketchUp, Maya or other similar softwares.
- Advanced computer skills and technical knowledge of architectural rendering via Twinmotion or other render engines.
- Desired Autocad technical design
- Strong technical drawing skills and the ability to deliver full drawing packs.
- Great attention to detail, ensuring drawings and building details are done correctly.
- Ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines.
- Interested in cgi, photography and cinematography is a bonus.
- Construction product knowledge is desirable but not essential.
