**Classroom Supervisor**:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Classroom Supervisor to join one of our partner schools in NE24. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment for all students. Your primary responsibility will be to assist teachers and ensure the smooth operation of classrooms, supporting both students and educators.

**Classroom Supervisor Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise students during classroom activities and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Assist teachers with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
- Monitor student behaviour and address any disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement educational plans and strategies.
- Support students with special needs or learning difficulties, as directed by teachers.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of learning materials.
- Help with record-keeping and documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and parents as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with students or in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
- Basic knowledge of classroom technology and educational software.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
