We have an exciting opportunity for two new colleagues to join us in a job share as our **Front of House Receptionist’s** here at Doxford Park in Sunderland working alongside our Facilities team.

As part of our team, you will manage your own workload, delivering a first-class service to all clients and visitors to the site, ensuring a courteous professional experience to all.

**Your key accountabilities and responsibilities as one of our Front of House Receptionists** will include but will not be limited to
- Meet and greet visitors, secure sign in and issue of identification passes and issue temporary passes to staff and escorting VIP visitors around site
- Sorting post, incoming & outgoing and accepting deliveries, arranging storage until items can be collected and contacting recipients as well as assisting with Restore Data box collections and deliveries
- Liaise with Facilities regarding reports of maintenance issues on site, Colleague Care regarding WIFI requests for visitors to site
- Monitor and check meeting room availability for staff if needed
- Managing stationery stock levels and ordering one off items alongside ordering of milk, tea & coffee supplies for site and PPE including sanitiser and wipes where applicable
- Assisting Stake Holder Team/Pension Trustees ordering food for events, arranging set up of refreshment stations in meeting rooms
- Assistance with inputting Data for customer service questionnaires and admin support for teams where limited admin support is available
- Assistance updating information for site files across the network (Health & Safety folder/Fire Strategy folder) and admin support for logging of Maintenance visits/audits organised by NGN direct, assisting Maintenance Engineer

**What we are looking for in our Front of House Receptionists**
- Strong experience and understanding of Microsoft packages, such as Word, Excel, Teams
- A strong sense of ownership and determination to succeed and complete tasks
- Excellent communicator at all levels and via all methods with experience in organising your own workload and priorities and engaging consistently with job share partner
