**This role can be performed remotely, and onboarding training must be completed in person at Head Office (Lincoln LN6 3TA) for 4 weeks. The ability to commute daily for training during the onboarding period is essential.**

**Location**: Hybrid working

**Job type**: Permanent role, full-time.

**Working hours**: Our full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00.

**Pay**: £10.98 per hour plus generous team-based quarterly bonus

**Main duties**:

- Helping customers to navigate and update their online Cool Milk accounts
- Resolving customer queries using all available tools/support
- Liaising internally with colleagues
- Resolving delivery issues with suppliers
- Navigating and updating customer accounts on our NAV ERP system
- General administrative support tasks using a range of systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Systems used by Cool Milk**: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint), plus our own NAV system and websites
