Receptionist
As part of our Spa
Team, you will
- Be the primary point of contact on our Spa Reception, warmly welcoming
our guests as they arrive
- Schedule appointments and provide support and advice on the
range of treatments available
- Ensure our Guests and Owners relax and unwind with memories that
last a lifetime

**Pay Rates**: 16 to 17 £7.50, 18 to 20 £9.97, 21+ £11.44 per hour
Experience and
**Qualifications**:
You don’t need experience to join our Spa Team. You may already be a
Receptionist, Customer Service Advisor or have experience within the Beauty
industry but if not that’s ok All we are looking for isAn
organised, customer service focused, natural communicator with a genuine
passion for helping people.

seaside locations and our HQ based in Hemel Hempstead.

Working hours are 30 hours per week, our Spa & Gym is open 9am until 6pm, 7 days a week. We aim to offer flexibility where we can, including full or part time hours.
