**Job Brief**

Solutions30 are recruiting for a Fibre Supervisor to work across our FTTH/FTTX projects across the UK. The successful applicant shall have at least five years’ experience working as a Fibre Supervisor, managing construction and cabling projects across an end-to-end lifecycle.

You will be familiar with real-time reporting, submitting weekly reports, managing stock levels, ordering materials, and submitting measures for payment. You will have experience of managing staff in a modern way, building teams, and identifying training requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning works from survey, test rod and rope, network construction and cabling
- Planning works alongside our sub-contractors to ensure construction and engineering works do not overrun
- Managing a teams of box builders, cablers and splicers, admin, NRSWA co-ordinators, Quantity Surveyors, Store Assistant amongst others
- Ensuring as-built information is collated and is in line with the client’s requirements
- Ensure weekly walk offs are done with the sub-contractor to identify accurate measures for payment

**Qualifications**
- PMP, APM or Prince2 are desirable but not essential
- SMSTS, SSSTS, CIOB Level 4 Certificate or CSCS black card essential
- NRSWA full Supervisor card is essential
- Use of Microsoft family suite is essential, excel, work, PowerPoint, teams etc
