Duties will include but not limited to:
**Tachograph Management**:
- providing clients with reports and analysis from tachograph downloads (Full training will be provided)
**Document Management** - scanning and uploading of documentation - (Full Training will be provided but must have some basic knowledge of computer software)
**Driver licence checks** - using our online system and providing clients with licence updates - (Full Training will be provided but must have some basic knowledge of computer software)
**Online Shop** - despatching of shop orders which are received by our online shop - (Full Training will be provided but must have some basic knowledge of computer software)
**Telephone -** answering incoming telephone calls - requires a confident, pleasant and polite telephone manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
.*- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and using computerized systems.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar productivity tools.
