**Recruiting for a Registered Manager to take the lead for two residential services that supports 8 people with Autism and Learning Disabilities**.
Both services are walking distance apart, at a nice Crewkerne area. Fully staffed, and well run previously the future of the service will be to gain **OUTSTANDING CQC** rating.
The residents should benefit from a dynamic, reflective and continually improving service and team members should be supported through 1 2 1 meetings and development opportunities.
Level 5 or equivalent
Experience supporting people with Autism and/ or Learning Disabilities.
Passion for care
Previously managed a team/s
