- Have successful experience in teaching Maths at GCSE
- Have experience of implementing departmental school strategies
- Be an effective classroom practitioner with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating students
- Be able to plan for success and evaluate progress and outcomes
- Be able to coach, inspire and enthuse students effectively
