We are currently hiring Weekend Care Assistants to provide essential support and companionship to seniors during the weekends. As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and enhance their overall well-being. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while building lasting relationships with clients and their families.

**_ Hours:_** Weekend shifts, Saturday, and Sundays - 08:00 - 14:15 / 16:45 - 21:45

**Job Description** Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences
- Engage clients in social activities, hobbies, and conversation to promote mental stimulation and companionship
- Accompany clients on outings, errands, and appointments as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up living spaces
