**Start: ASAP (6 Week contract)**

**Location: Broomfield Hospital**

**Salary: £12.47 p/Hour**

**Our client**:
Our client are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join their team within the Broomfield Hospital site.

**Main purpose of the role**:
You will be working with the Scheme Manager to deliver high quality accommodation. The site is home to key works who are predominantly based at Chelmsford. The service has a range of mixed accommodation types ranging from on call / overnight rooms, to longermore permanent accommodations.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for providing an on-site painting and decorating service for the Key worker stock
- Deliver a professional service with mínimal disruption to customers to a high standard and with a good eye for detail
- Work with the team to assist with general maintenance and lifting, installation and clearance of items related to the stock of residential accommodations

**Ideal person specification**:
My client are looking for somebody to be able to identify, prepare, decorate and finish surfaces to a high standard. You are required to have good oral and written communication skills, customer service skills and have the ability to travel to and work fromother locations if required.
