This well respected boutique Law firm are looking for an accomplished Receptionist to join their busy Front of house team. Specialising in Media and Entertainment, it comes as no surprise that you will be greeting plenty of famous faces. Based in beautifuloffices just a stone throw away from Euston station, this opportunity is not one to be missed.

**Salary - £32,000**

**Location - City of London**

**Hours - 9:00am - 5:30pm**

Some Duties Include:

- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Maintain current knowledge of staffing and related telephone directory updates.
- Deal with and prioritise conference room requests.
- Coordinates event and meeting requirements with food service personnel, external caterers, audio-visual personnel and other necessary staff to process requests
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of reception and meeting room areas.
- Place and follow up service calls to building management and maintain relevant logs and records.
- Ensuring the firm's Admin and Marketing teams are briefed on a weekly basis as to all catering requirements and set up for the following week
- Being polite and courteous at all times to both clients and staff.
