Lead Product Designer

**Job description**:
An exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company that is a renowned name in online trusted directories. They are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer
(UX/UI) with experience in Agile.
Working in a fast moving marketplace organisation, operating in Agile, you will be a creative problem solver with expertise across UX and UI. Collaborative and passionate with courage to risk new ways of doing things, you will deliver on the clients growth agenda through effective product design, keeping customers at heart at all times
You would be reporting to the Head of UX, in this high profile role, you will manage and execute the delivery of UX projects to support the strategic development and continuous improvement of their products. You’ll be involved in the evolution of their design guidelines and experience principles as well as presenting UX and design work back to business stakeholders. You will be responsible for creation of personas, flow diagrams, user journeys, wireframes, designs and content audits in line with the business requirements. Working closely with product and development colleagues on the UX design vision and advocating UX across your team and the wider business.
- Strong experience with delivering UX/UI work for product development in an Agile environment.
- Expert level knowledge and experience in the fields of UX design, visual design, brand and design systems.
- You will have experience with concept validation research and usability testing.
- Previously worked with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Axure.
- You’ll have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Working experience with multi-functional teams to deliver complex design solutions across multiple platforms.
- It would be great if you have experience working on Apps.
