What's involved with this role:
Contract to start on 10-04-23 until 30-06-23 with a possible extension.

Key Duties:
1. Lead and manage the Befriending and Inclusion service which enables children with disabilities and Looked After Children to build friendships, develop independence and be included in mainstream activities.

2. Ensure the team achieves the required performance outcomes, including a strong focus on children and families, to include ongoing identification of the needs of the client group

3. Achieve positive outcomes for children, in partnership with families and partner organisations in the community by advocating and building capacity within mainstream and voluntary service providers.

4. Ensure the service is of a consistently high standard and meets the needs diverse communities in Tower Hamlets

**Salary**: £24.49 per hour
