We’re looking for two Food and Beverage Team Leaders to join us at Dudmaston on a fixed-term basis.

**Hours/duration**:2 positions are available
- **1 x 1300 hours, fixed-term, to be worked over 12 months, working on a **verage 4 days / 25 hours per week.**:

- **1 x 615 hours, fixed-term, to be worked until 8th December 2024, working on average 4 days / 25 hours per week.**

Shift lengths between 5 and 7 hours, worked between 9am and 5.30pm. Regular weekend working required as well as school and Bank holidays.

**This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the duration of the contract.**

**Salary**:£11.75 per hour (£22,912.5 pro rata).

**Interview dates**:30th April and 2nd May 2024.

What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be based at Dudmaston (Shropshire, WV15 6QN), a working estate in Shropshire. Dudmaston is home to wooded parkland, gardens and a much-loved family home, lived in for over 875 years. There are multiple F&B outlets, the Orchard Tea-room serving light lunches, cakes and drinks, the Café in Comer Woods for takeaway refreshments, Brewhouse Café and an ice cream parlour.

What you'll be doing:As a Team Leader, you’ll be giving day-to-day support to your team, to make sure they’re consistently giving great service to everyone who comes to the café. This is a busy, lively place to work, so you’ll need to be adaptable.

Your focus will be front of house, dealing directly with people and serving them food and drink. Crucial to this role will be your love of working with people, your positive ‘can-do’ attitude and your desire to provide an outstanding service.

Using your excellent eye for detail, you’ll make sure all displays and signs are accurate, and that the food is looking good. At times, you may need to help the kitchen team with preparing food.

You’ll also be supervising the induction and training of colleagues, to help build a team that’s dedicated to great service and to giving people a day to remember.

We’ll give you an induction that fits the job, and training in allergens and food safety, plus any mentoring needed to help you in your role. You can sign up for further professional training and development if you wish.
