Browns Recruitment is delighted to announce our well-established client is looking for a Paralegal within their Wills and Probate Department to join them on a full-time basis.

As a Paralegal in this team, you will work alongside experienced Solicitors, using and growing your knowledge in order to provide an excellent service to our clients. Your role will support the practice area to provide a quality, tailored and supportivelegal service to our clients on Wills and Probate matters. A desire to learn, develop and work as part of a busy and collaborative team will be essential for this role.

**Prior experience as a Paralegal would be preferable, but not essential.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases with the possibility of managing own caseload under supervision as the role develops.
- Delivering legal services in a manner which is cost-efficient for both the client and the firm.
- Ensuring compliance with file management.
- Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills, as well as a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needs.
- Implementing any recommendations made by your supervisor following monthly file reviews ensuring that these are dealt with promptly.
- Prepare straightforward Wills and be able to summarise and explain.

**Personal Specifications**:

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate passion and experience in a broad range of Wills and Probate Law.
- A strong academic background with a Law degree.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to use own initiative but know when to seek guidance.
- Be able to balance busy workloads.
