**Job Purpose**:
Provide an excellent customer experience through the accurate and timely processing of sales orders. Where applicable assist the internal sales function by providing accurate quotations to support the sales cycle to achieve both team & company targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing.
- To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets.
- Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved.
- Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
- Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales.
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
- Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required

- SAP R3 (desirable but not essential)
