Experienced Butcher

Cutting, de-boning and preparing carcasses for further processing, boning and trimming the meat, serving meat to customers in an enthusiastic and friendly manner with a keen awareness of hygiene. Maintaining counter and ensuring display counters are filled at all times. Daily cleaning of shop.

Must have:

- Previous knife skills and butchery experience in fast paced food manufacturing is required;
- Good knowledge of meat products
- Work well as part of a team, and good people skills;
- To be able to follow instructions and procedures;
- Be willing to gain new skills and experience;
- Counter experience.
- Salary negotiable depending on experience

Would be willing to take on a 2nd year apprentice with good knowledge and interest in the industry.
