A full time temporary position has come available within the HMCTS in the Liverpool area.

Pay rate starts at £9.50 Increasing to £10.32 after 12 working weeks
Job Role - Court Usher
**Job Description**:
Court Usher responsibilities include, setting up court hearings, both remote and in person.
Liaising with the judiciary regarding listing and legal practitioners.
Administrative duties such as, post, and answering telephone calls.
Lodging documents on the computer system, organising files for Judges, taking files to and from Judges, manning the Judges desk and signing customers in.
There may be some CVP (video link hosting). Training will be given on all aspects of the role
Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experiencein using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
